Patient Product Return Process

Product Return Policy for Non-Custom Products
Notice to Patients

This return policy applies only to non-custom items where DJO billed the patient directly and/or billed an insurance company on the patient’s behalf.

The DJO OfficeCare Program accepts non-custom returns for credit only under the following circumstances:

  • You must call DJO at 1-866-238-0398 no later than 30 calendar days from the date you received the product. DJO business hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
  • Please do not mail product to DJO or to DJO’s billing company unless you have been instructed to do so by first calling DJO at 1-866-238-0398.

If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so by contacting the clinic where you received your product.
