Meet the Team
With a company-wide commitment to Never Stop
Getting Better, our Customer Care representative teams are
individually trained to support the unique requirements of our two channels;
direct customers (i.e., physicians, orthotists, physical therapists, athletic
trainers, clinics, etc.) and MedSurg/distributor customers. Likewise our
technical support staff is ready to assist in your more difficult product
questions such as brace fitting and performance. If you're uncertain of
the best bracing solution for your patient, a recommendation is always
available.
